The binding terms for your stay or event are provided with your reservation confirmation and signed agreement. The points below cover the essentials.
Reservations & payment
- Reservations are confirmed at the time of payment by phone, text, or email arrangement with the office.
- Wedding dates are secured with a $500 deposit. Holiday dates may be quoted separately.
- Rates are subject to change until a reservation is confirmed. Monthly RV stays are billed plus metered electricity.
Changes & cancellations
- Plans change. Contact the office as early as possible and we will work with you on dates where availability allows.
- Cancellation terms for sites, stays, weddings, and events are stated on your reservation confirmation.
On the property
- Guests agree to the posted park rules during their stay.
- Twin Oaks is a working resort property. Please supervise children around water, fire pits, and ranch roads.
